shopping.
Instead, we offer a personalized process at a very reasonable cost.
Most of our communication occurs through
email.
Let us know what you are
interested in and we will respond
with photo choices!
Here is our order process:
First
email
us to check on availability, colors, sizes and styles.
If you wish, you can use the order form below.
(Most folks only use the order form for very large or wholesale orders.)
You will receive a personal
answer (from me!). We'll discuss your choices and stock availability. If your item as desired is not in stock, I will make it
for you.
Once made, I will send you photo choices.
Once you choose your items from the
photos, I will
email a tentative invoice.
This invoice will show your total
cost, including shipping/handling and applicable CT sales taxes.
Confirm your invoice and your order
is set aside until we receive payment
(maximum of 10 days).
I will give you a timeline of when you can expect shipping
and a tracking number once shipped.
(*Generally, we ship Tuesdays-Thursdays upon confirmation of payment,
(unless we are "on the road" at an agility event!).
Let us know your choice of payment: Paypal, Venmo, or
Facebook Pay, are the fastest, but
you may also use snail mail to mail us a check.
